A new function has come to us that we initially did not anticipate.  As an outgrowth of our advocacy and education efforts, trans-identified  individuals have reached out to us for assistance.   We have assisted them in breaking down barriers to transgender health care with insurance carriers, primary care physicians, and mental health professionals.   Further, we have even been invited into homes and some closed communities to encourage support and affirmation.
 

Trans Advocacy Pennsylvania  will promote participation in activities, and conferences, such as:

Throughout the Commonwealth many groups and organizations have been created to promote the welfare of LGBTQ Pennsylvanians.

We also have an active support role assisting two Commonwealth-wide entities.

Trans Advocacy Pennsylvania  will provide available support to these entities in order to move the cause of non-discrimination forward.
